Hello, and thank you for visiting! My name is Carlos Garcia, a proud veteran of the U.S. Army (1991–1999). After my deployment to Kuwait in 1998, I transitioned out of active duty and began a new chapter in real estate with my wife, Limarrys Hernandez. For over 12 years, we’ve built a successful real estate career, and now I’m thrilled to offer this exclusive program to help fellow military personnel transition into the real estate industry.

What Is SkillBridge?
SkillBridge is a Department of Defense (DoD) program designed to help service members transition to civilian careers through internships and training programs during their last 180 days of service.
Eligible participants:
- Must have served at least 180 days.
- Be within 180 days of separation or retirement.
- Will receive an honorable discharge.
- Have completed TAPS/TGPS.
- Attended an ethics brief in the last 12 months.

Our Keller Williams SkillBridge Program
We specialize in Real Estate Licensing and offer unique training to prepare service members for a lucrative career in real estate.
Program Highlights:
- Start earning commissions as a licensed real estate agent while still receiving your military salary for up to 180 days.

Timeline: Our program begins on the first of every month and includes a combination of online courses, in-person classes, and hands-on training.
Training Plan:
- Weeks 1–10: Real estate fundamentals and industry essentials (IGNYTE program).
- Weeks 11–20: Preparation for your state real estate exam.
- Weeks 21–24: Shadow experienced agents, learn lead generation, role-play scripts, host open houses, and more.
Outcome: By the end of the program, participants will be fully prepared to pass their state exam and begin their career as real estate professionals.
